🔸 Artificial Intelligence (AI) ปัญญาประดิษฐ์
ความสามารถของคอมพิวเตอร์หรือเครื่องจักรในการเลียนแบบพฤติกรรมที่ชาญฉลาดของมนุษย์และทำงานเหมือนมนุษย์ การทำงานของ AI ต้องใช้สติปัญญาของมนุษย์ เช่น การคิด การใช้เหตุผล การเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ และการตัดสินใจด้วยตนเอง

👉 ตัวอย่างของเทคโนโลยี AI
⚙️ 1) Robotics - การนำเทคโนโลยีนี้ไปใช้ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ใช้หุ่นยนต์ตรวจจับเครื่องจักรที่ทำงานผิดพลาด ทำให้สามารถหยุดการทำงานที่เสียหายได้ทันเวลา ลดความเสียหายของผลิตภัณฑ์ แถมยังลด Cost ได้อีกด้วย

👨💻 2) Assistants - เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้โต้ตอบระหว่างมนุษย์กับ AI ที่นิยมเลยคือ Google Home จาก Google, Siri จาก Apple, Alexa จาก Amazon และ Cortana จาก Microsoft นั่นเอง ซึ่งสิ่งเหล่านี้มันจะช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับชีวิตเรา เช่น การค้นหาข้อมูล, ช่วยจองโรงแรม, เพิ่มกิจกรรมในปฏิทิน, ตอบคำถามต่าง ๆ รวมไปถึงส่งข้อความ หรือตอบอีเมล์ด้วย

🔹 Machine Learning (ML) การเรียนรู้ของเครื่อง
ML เป็นการทำให้เครื่องสามารถเรียนรู้ด้วยตัวเองโดยใช้ชุดข้อมูลป้อนเข้าไป เพื่อทำการคาดคะเนเหตุการณ์ต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างแม่นยำ เป็นส่วนย่อยของ AI นั่นเอง แบ่งเป็น 2 รูปแบบคือ การเรียนรู้แบบมีผู้สอน (Supervised) และการเรียนรู้แบบไม่มีผู้สอน (Unsupervised)

👉 ตัวอย่างของเทคโนโลยี ML
📚 1) การแนะนำสินค้า - เว็บไซต์ E-commerce ต่างใช้เทคโนโลยี ML เพื่อแนะนำสินค้าให้กับลูกค้าประเภทต่าง ๆ ได้แม่นยำ เช่น Amazon ใช้ ML เพื่อแนะนำหนังสือให้กับลูกค้าโดยใช้ข้อมูลคำที่ลูกค้าค้นหา อัลกอริทึมของเว็บก็จะแสดงหนังสือประเภทเดียวกับที่ลูกค้าต้องการขึ้นมา ทำให้ลูกค้าตัดสินใจซื้อได้ง่ายมากขึ้นนั่นเอง

🔎 2) การตรวจจับอีเมล์ Spam หรือ Malware - ซึ่งสิ่งเหล่านี้มันเป็นปัญหาใหญ่กับผู้ใช้งาน อีเมล์ เพราะจะมีอันที่เราไม่ต้องการปะปนมาทำให้เราหาอีเมล์ที่ต้องการได้ยากมากขึ้น Gmail และ Yahoo จึงใช้เทคโนโลยี ML เพื่อกรองอีเมล์ Spam หรือ Malware โดยอัตโนมัติ
